I pray that you get celebrated every day, every moment for your heroic service. The risks you take, and the lives you've saved are more important than anyone will ever be capable of understanding. You may be taken for granted, and under appreciated in every way. The shear incomprehensible burden you carry is so vast and heavy that no civilian will ever be able to thank you enough for your service. And yet, we will vow to be grateful for you and the sacrifices you've made for our magnificent United States of America. There are no words, no consolation, and certainly no blue ribbon that can truly represent our gratitude as Citizens. In earnest, however, we will try. Not just today, but every single day we will be thankful.
