Short of damaging your wallet intentionally or doing anything that lacks common sense (shooting your wallet, jumping into a lake with your wallet, wrestling an alligator with your wallet, etc...) all our Leather products are covered. When you receive an Anvil Customs leather product it will be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If you feel your product qualifies for a repair or replacement, contact us! We'll make it right.
Chains, hardware, apparel and the like are not covered. However, always contact Anvil if you have issues. We hold our products to a high standard of quality. If it broke, we want to know why and how.
If it's on an Anvil Leather product... its covered.

Unfortunately, we're a small company that is very busy. We only take the time to fix Anvil Customs products. So while we might want to see your family heirloom... we aren't the guys to fix it.
Unless the item received was grossly misrepresented, no returns are accepted. Every single item on the Anvil website is built by hand at the time that it's ordered. Anvil is a small business, craft leather shop and there are way too many combinations of colors, liners, arts, styles, sizes, etc to be able to stock an inventory. Please study pictures and read the descriptions for all general specs, then make your decision to either own or not own the very best in custom leather. Anvil Leather offers unique designs that can last a lifetime if taken care of. No refunds.
As a matter of policy/fairness to all customers I don't apply discounts for orders after promotions have ended. So if you buy something, and then later see that it was on sale well... that's not my fault. That being said I understand everyone makes mistakes. I'm usually happy to add some neat swag to your order to make up for the extra cost. Also keep in mind only one promo code can be redeemed at a time so pay attention and make sure you're making the most out of any sales/rewards codes you may have.
Lead Time (Production Time)
We make almost everything you see on the website to order. That is to say, we hand make it when you buy it. Turn around for leather goods is relatively quick, usually within a week. Production time on metal goods is a little bit longer, but usually not more than 3 weeks.
For major Holidays, please allow up to 6 weeks for creation of your Anvil Customs leather product. We work really hard to make sure everything is shipped in time for all holidays. That being said, if you wait until the last minute to order... it might not make it in time. Be smart, order early. (If your order is placed on or before December 1, 2021, it's guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas Day.)

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This also includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We don't store financial information or sell your information to third parties.
All product designs and intellectual property are owned solely by Anvil Customs LLC. We put a lot of work into making sure our products are built to last.
We value our customer's opinions. We're also confident in our designs. We make things our way. No offense if we're hesitant to change things simply because one person has an idea.
