Every Dad has his day. Celebrate the big man this year with a nice piece from Anvil Customs. We have all sorts of options that are sure to bring a smile to his face. Keep in mind though that many of our wallets are made to order which means that it takes us a couple days to craft each one. Right now our production times are nice and short but if everyone orders a gift for him at the last minute we'll be unable to guarantee delivery by the holiday. So get your orders in now folks! Consider purchasing one of these fine pieces below:

The Anvil Money Clip is an essential wallet to carry. It features two card pockets on the exterior and a brass money clip interior for all his cash. These little guys are a great, easy-peezy carry.

This Olive Alligator Long Wallet is a beautiful piece that deserves a pocket. It has a tan basketweave interior which you can ogle if you check out the product page. There's something pretty classy about this piece with the yellow contrast stitching. Granted exotic leathers aren't for everyone but if you're into it... dig this one.

I usually have a couple of folks as for "Number One Dad" or "Best Dad" for a belt. I've had at least one belt that just read "Daddy" but I have a suspicion that might have an ulterior meaning... Anyway, if you want a dang good belt with some custom lettering I make a mean one. It's guaranteed for life too so really you can't beat it.

There are a ton of items in the "Ready To Ship" collection that are already crafted and ready to go into packages. Generally if you order from there I can put your items in a package the next day and ship out. But if you choose to pick up a wallet chainor one of our regular cowhide products I really encourage you to go ahead an order it now. That way I can make sure to have it in the mail for you to give to the old man on Father's Day proper. And barring that you can always pick up a Gift Card if you're unsure what he'll like. It's digital so you'll get it immediately, which might also be a boon if you're a last minute shopper (like me.)

One of our big goals this year at Anvil Customs is to develop a more robust catalog of hardgoods. First, you might be asking, "Anvil you already do so much, why the heck would you want to do that too?" ...

Springtime in Springfield

Spring has sprung at the Anvil Customs Shop, currently located on Park Central Square, just off of historic Rt. 66 in Springfield Missouri. The traditional excitement of nice weather, and lively events are made extra special this year, as we climb our way out of a pandemic lock-down. We've always been more of a "by appointment" type of shop. Seldom do folks want to walk in off the street to buy premium leather goods. And the added length of production times generally means that it's just more efficient for everyone involved if a person makes a purchase off the website or via PayPal invoice. But the added caution to prevent the spread of the virus has meant that we've been particularly closed off from the general public over the last year...

There's still time to get involved with supporting our forging and casting fundraiser. If you weren't aware, we've began expanding that part of what we do here at Anvil with the aid of some new machinery. We're offering limited edition belt buckles as well as some other nice prizes for anyone willing to donate towards the funds e need to purchase/operate these new equipment pieces. If you'd like to be one of the elite few who get their hands on some of this early work I'd recommend backing now...
